Nova Cultural Limited (CantoMore) collects and uses personal data to handle enquiries, activities and official orders. Learning, recording, location and sharing features have additional information relevant to those features.
1. Purposes and required information
We use contact, organisation and service-needs information to respond to enquiries and arrange partnerships or activities. Purchase, payment-verification, recipient and delivery details are used for orders, after-sales support and related disputes. Participant information needed for activities is described in the activity notice.
Providing information is voluntary. Required fields are needed to process the relevant request; without them we may be unable to proceed. Optional fields may be left blank. General enquiries should not include identity-document copies, full student lists, health data or private diaries.
2. Recipients
Information is shared only as needed for the relevant purpose with authorised personnel, hosting, data-storage, security and communications providers, relevant schools and activity partners, and payment and delivery providers for orders. Professional advisers or relevant authorities may receive necessary information for legal requirements or dispute handling. Providers may process information outside Hong Kong.
3. Marketing and your data rights
Enquiries and orders do not subscribe you to marketing. Any direct marketing is explained separately with appropriate consent, and you may opt out free of charge.
